At 00:00-00:44 and 02:56-03:32, William practices to work hard at sitting and riding on the Clydesdale/part American Quarter horse named “Hannah” as if to get used to riding on her back (as if prior to one day riding it in a rodeo) so the King of the Ropers can one day work hard to try to pride himself on his tie-down roping skill to make it realistic and can forever be duplicated again, just so you can really thank god as the magic that the horse and I might have together was unique and could be duplicated again. At 01:35-02:16, William practices practices swinging and throwing his rope to let it fly and catch in a perfect throw over the calf roping/tying dummy’s head in the indoor arena at the Ohio Equestrian Centre as a real calf roper. At 02:17-02:55, a lovely young lady (a polite word for a woman) named Mary Lomas is practicing her horseback riding skills by walking, trotting, cantering and galloping in the Ohio Equestrian Centre indoor arena in Ohio. At 03:32-03:47, I practice lassoing my calf head while riding my bicycle and swinging my rope overhead. At 03:48-04:24, William also practices a bit of his calf roping skills by roping the stair rail …

These are selected clips from the International Gay Rodeo Association (IGRA) finals in Denver in 2007. These are all from the Chute Dogging event (both days). It’s amazing to see how many of the rides would not have qualified under the 2008 new rules.
